Plug & Play
The DT45 is supplied with a ready-made connection cable. Connect it to the FMZ filling machine – no separate process controller is required.

FMZ DT45
The compact rotary table automates jar changes at the FMZ filling machine. For existing worktops 600 mm deep.
Compact automation
Want to keep using your existing worktop and stop changing every jar individually at the filling point? With the DT45, you align empty jars by hand at the outer rim. The machine controls transport, stopping and filling. The jar deflector then moves filled jars about 15–20 mm inwards, where you remove them. The DT45 has no jar guide.
Flexible positioning
The FMZ filling machine can be brought up to the DT45 from virtually any side. This lets the combination adapt to existing tables and available space.
The DT45 fits on worktops 600 mm deep. The exact arrangement of machine, stand and product feed depends on your workspace.

Jar changes within the system
The DT45 is supplied with a ready-made connection cable. Connect it to the FMZ filling machine – no separate process controller is required.
Empty jars are aligned by hand at the outer rim. The machine then controls feeding and stopping. The jar is detected, filled and moved on.
The jar deflector moves filled jars about 15–20 mm inwards so they do not pass through the sensor's path again on the next rotation. They are removed by hand from there.

Actual capacity depends on the diameter and shape of the jars used. The jar guidance system is not electronic fill-level detection.

Position the empty jars correctly at the outer rim. The DT45 has no jar guide to move randomly placed jars into this lane automatically. Only with a correctly prepared jar lane can the rotary table bring jars to the sensor one after another. Check positioning using the jar you intend to use.
After filling, the jar deflector moves jars about 15–20 mm inwards. Remove them by hand from there. The deflector must suit the jar used and the sensor's path. Empty and filled jars must not obstruct one another. The jar flow illustration shows the principle; it does not approve every jar shape.
In addition to the 450 mm rotating plate, you need space for the filling machine, product feed, loading and removal. Check access and room to move on your existing worktop. If you want a shared mobile station, compare the setup with the DT80.
The DT80 combines a rotary table and machine mount on a shared wheeled frame.
