FMZ machine technology in detail

FMZ transfer set

The same machine.
An additional task.

The transfer kit lets you pump honey between suitable containers – continuously or with a preset quantity.

Transfer products

From storage to the next container.

With the transfer kit, you can also use the FMZ filling machine to pump honey between suitable containers. Depending on the task, run continuously or with a preset quantity. Equipment is matched to the intended pumping route.

Transfer rather than dose individually

Continuous pumping or
a defined quantity.

The transfer kit's outlet fitting replaces the filling valve and allows a second hose to be connected. The machine can run in continuous pumping mode or, for example, be set to transfer 45 kg.

  1. Convert the outlet

Switch off the machine. Remove the filling valve and fit the outlet fitting with its seal.

  2. Connect the hose

Secure the hose and lead it into a suitable receiving container.

  3. Set the operating mode

Select continuous pumping or the required transfer quantity.

  4. Pump product

Supervise the product supply and receiving container during operation.

A clear purpose

For transferring.
Not for creaming.

The FMZ transfer kit does not replace a honey creaming machine. For creaming, we recommend equipment designed for that purpose.

What's included

What's in the kit.

  • Outlet fitting
  • Seal
  • Hose clamp
  • 1.5 m hose

The FMZ filling machine is required separately. Suitability for other foods, permitted temperatures and setup conditions are assessed for the specific application.

Check the pumping route before transferring

Where is the honey coming from and going to?

Describe the source and receiving containers, height difference and hose routing. Performance stated for one filling station cannot be transferred to another pumping route without checking. Ensure a secure setup and make sure the intake opening neither draws air nor rests against the container.

Watch the receiving container and product supply

During continuous operation, you must stop the process in time. Even a preset target quantity does not replace checking that the receiving container has enough space and that the feed remains available. The machine is not a mixer: repeated transfer is not intended here as a honey creaming process.
