Applications
Your product.
Your filling process.
Four application areas, one machine platform. Explore suitable setups, key process questions and existing practical experience.
Product and process
The recipe determines the setup.
Honey, mustard, dairy products and fruit spreads place different demands on filling. We consider consistency, temperature, ingredients and batch size together so that product feed and dosing can be matched to your process.
Which details tell us more than the product name?
Product and ingredients
Describe consistency, solid ingredients and the desired appearance after filling. A successful application with one variety does not approve every recipe in the same food group.
Conditions at the filling point
Actual filling temperature, supply container, product feed and planned operating time are decisive. For a trial, use conditions as close as possible to those in your later production.
Containers and intended workflow
Tell us the net weight, jar opening, height and diameter, and batch size. Also decide whether you want to start with individual filling or automate jar feeding. The linked application pages explain the relevant points to check.
Looking at your recipe together
Consistency. Temperature.
Ingredients. Fill quantity.
These four details help us assess the product feed, valve, settings and workflow. General honey performance figures are not a universal promise for other foods.
