FMZ hopper on the separately available filling machine

FMZ hopper

Small batches.
Direct feed.

Screw on the hopper, add product and fill. The FMZ hopper attaches directly to the filling machine in place of the intake fitting.

Direct product feed

Manage small batches clearly.

For smaller filling quantities, direct feed through the hopper can simplify setup. It attaches to the FMZ filling machine in place of the intake fitting. The practically usable quantity depends on the product and its flow behaviour.

* The actual mass it can hold depends on the product. Fill weight is not a volume in litres.

For small production runs

No suction hose.
A direct product path.

For small batches and frequent product changes, product feeds directly through the hopper. A separate suction container is not required for this setup.

Direct mounting

The hopper screws onto the FMZ filling machine in place of the connection fitting.

For small batches

Practical for product quantities from around 3–5 kg. Suitable for switching between smaller production batches.

Dishwasher-safe

Remove the hopper and clean it in the dishwasher. Keep the electrical filling machine separate.

When does a hopper make work easier?

Supply product directly

Add the prepared batch directly to the hopper mounted on the machine. For smaller quantities, this can simplify the route through a separate suction container. Check whether your product feeds reliably. The hopper does not automatically make an unsuitable or barely flowing product pumpable.

Allow for refilling and product changes

Plan how to replenish product and monitor the level. Stop operation in time before the product feed runs out. When changing products, the pump head and valve need cleaning as well as the hopper. A short feed path does not replace this cleaning.
