FMZ DT80 with filling machine, jars and adjustable jar guidance

FMZ DT80

DT80 rotary table.
Mobile at work.

An 800 mm rotary table, controlled jar guidance and a stainless steel wheeled base. Together with the FMZ filling machine, it forms a shared mobile filling station.

Mobile automation

One shared place for machine and jars.

With the DT80, the filling machine and rotary table sit on a shared mobile unit. You load empty jars; the jar guide moves them outwards to the filling lane. After filling, the jar deflector guides jars inwards, where they collect for removal. You handle loading, removal and supervision.

Machine and automation in one place

Position. Lock.
Connect. Produce.

The filling machine slides onto the dedicated height-adjustable mount and locks in place. Machine and rotary table stay together as a mobile filling unit.

Wheeled frame as standard

The stainless steel base is always included with the DT80. Four castors with a diameter of 75 mm allow movement; two castors can be locked.

Dedicated machine mount

The position for the FMZ filling machine is defined. The height-adjustable stand enables correct positioning and locking.

Controlled by the filling machine

Feeding, detection, stopping and filling are coordinated. Connection is Plug & Play.

Understanding jar guidance

Outside for filling.
Inside after filling.

DT80 jar flow: the jar guide moves empty jars outwards to the filling position. The jar deflector guides filled jars inwards, where they collect for manual removal.

Jar guide

The jar guide moves empty jars to the outer rim of the rotary table. This brings them to the sensor in a defined position.

Sensor and filling position

The filling machine's sensor detects the jar. The rotary table stops and dosing begins.

Adjustable jar deflector

After filling, the jar deflector guides the jar towards the table centre. The offset can be adjusted from a minimum of 15 mm up to 200 mm.

The number of jars that fit depends on jar diameter, geometry and guide settings. The jars shown do not indicate capacity.

Planning operation with the DT80

Check jar guidance for your container

The jar guide moves empty jars outwards. There, they are detected and filled at the filling point. Check the setup with your actual jar dimensions. A larger table alone does not guarantee smooth running for every container shape. Sensor position, guidance and filling position must work together.

Remove filled jars regularly

The jar deflector guides filled jars inwards. They collect there until you remove them. The collection area is not unlimited storage. Watch occupancy and jar flow, and prevent full jars from obstructing further movement. Loading, removal and product supply remain operator tasks.

Position the mobile unit and secure it for use

Machine and rotary table form a shared unit on the wheeled frame. Choose a location where product feed and jar removal are accessible. Secure the setup according to the operating instructions; the machine mount is height-adjustable and lockable. Moving the unit does not replace checking the setup and connections again.
