FMZ filling machine
Set the fill quantity on the touchscreen, check a test fill and position a jar: once filling mode is running, the sensor triggers dosing. Change jars by hand or add an FMZ rotary table.
Everyday filling
Filling involves the same repeated steps: position a jar, dispense the quantity, remove the jar. The FMZ filling machine handles dosing with a gear pump. You prepare the product, set up the filling point and check the fill quantity. The standard rotary table connection lets you automate jar feeding later.
Your benefits
Large buttons and clear menus give you direct access to the settings.
Once filling mode is running, the sensor detects the positioned jar and triggers dosing. No mechanical switch against the jar is needed.
No additional external power supply on the worktop. The power supply is built into the housing.
The FMZ rotary table connection is part of the machine. DT45 and DT80 are controlled directly.
Remove and disassemble the pump head. The dismantled pump head parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Support from FMZ – with knowledge of the machine's design, electronics and software.
Everyday filling performance
* Reference application: honey. Depends on temperature, viscosity, settings and workflow. The complete manual cycle includes jar changes, positioning, detection and filling. The 1 g setting increments do not specify accuracy at every fill quantity.
Features in detail
Tap a preset quantity or enter your required quantity.
Weigh a test fill on an external scale and enter the actual weight.
Start filling mode and position the jar at the set-up sensor. Jar detection triggers dosing.
The gear pump delivers the preset quantity. Speed and calibration adjust the process.
Adjustable suck-back draws product back and reduces dripping.
An optional DT45 or DT80 handles feeding and jar changes at the filling point.
Calibrate without calculating the difference
Weigh the contents of a test fill on an external scale and enter the actual fill weight. The machine calculates the correction. Check the next fill again; weight checks are also part of the process during production.
Fill using the selected quantity.
Determine the actual fill weight.
Enter the measured weight on the touchscreen.
The controller calculates the correction.

The FMZ filling machine does not use an integrated checkweigher. Suitable dosing quantities depend on the product and process.

Cleaning
The pump head can be removed and dismantled into its individual parts. This makes the gears, cover and seal accessible for cleaning. After cleaning, dry, visually inspect and reassemble according to the operating instructions.
Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the mains. Remove the pump head.
Make the cover, gears and seal accessible for cleaning.
Clean the dismantled pump head parts according to the instructions, by hand or on the dishwasher's normal programme at a maximum of 65 °C. Allow them to dry completely and check for wear.
The housing, drive and electronics must not go in the dishwasher.
No additional oil or grease lubrication is intended for the pump head components in contact with the product. The pumped product provides lubrication. Do not run the pump dry.
Check gears, seals, shaft seal, suction hose and filling valves for wear or damage. Suitable replacement parts are available from FMZ or your specialist dealer.

Buyer's questions
Yes. The machine can be used on its own. The standard connection lets you add a DT45 or DT80 later.
The starting point is honey processing; mustard is also already being filled in practice. This does not imply universal suitability for every recipe. Tell us your product, processing temperature, pieces or particles, and required fill quantity. Before use for another application, we will clarify suitability and the applicable operating conditions with you. The documentation supplied with the machine remains decisive.
No. The transfer kit is for pumping and transferring. The FMZ filling machine does not replace a honey creaming machine.
Our specialist dealers advise on the machine, accessories and suitable equipment. FMZ is also available for technical questions.
If several fills have similar weights but are consistently too light or too heavy, check calibration under the current conditions. If weights vary significantly, first document the feed, visible air, product condition and settings. A single correction value cannot explain changing results.
Set up the process at the speed you intend to use. If you change the speed, check the actual fill weight again and recalibrate if needed. The weight shown on the display does not replace an external measurement. Record the setting together with the product and temperature so that later checks are comparable.
Setting a quantity in 1 g increments describes the input resolution. It does not mean dosing accuracy of one gram across the entire input range. Likewise, a high selectable total quantity is not a promise of pumping performance for every product. Your application and verified test fills are what matter.
Details of your product, fill quantity, jar size and batch size help us give focused advice. Your specialist dealer clarifies the right equipment and quotation; we coordinate technical questions together.
